At DropZone 3PL, we are dedicated to offering seamless and efficient fulfillment solutions for TikTok shop owners. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence to our merchants, ensuring a straightforward process for managing returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Refund:


● Warehouse Returns: Merchants are eligible for refunds for items physically returned to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be initiated to the merchant's account.


● Inventory Unavailability: In cases where ordered inventory is unavailable or out of stock, a full refund will be issued promptly to the merchant.


● Faulty or Damaged Products: For products received in a damaged or faulty condition, a refund or replacement request can be made within 14 days of receipt.


Refund Process:

● Direct Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued directly back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or any other payment methods accepted by DropZone 3PL.


● Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the refund request approval. Please note, depending on the merchant's bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in the merchant's account.


Exclusions:

Monthly Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, merchants can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges.


● Damaged or Used Products: Products returned in a damaged condition or showing signs of use are not eligible for a refund.


● Custom Orders: Custom orders made to merchant specifications are final and not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.


Changes to Refund Policy:

DropZone 3PL reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage merchants to review our refund policy periodically.
